Carolina is a second year graduate student in the Clinical Child Psychology Program. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Spanish from Tulane University in 2013 and joined CCPP in Fall 2015. Her research interests generally focus on understanding and promoting health behavior, such as diet, sleep, and physical activity, in youth. Carolina is particularly interested in studying adolescents' dietary behavior and how it relates to psychosocial constructs, such as dietary motivation and hedonic appetite.
